Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) is a computer-based test of 3 hours: 75 questions, 25 each in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (20 multiple-choice and 5 numerical in each), 300 marks, +4 for a correct answer and -1 for a wrong one. Papers 2A (B.Arch) and 2B (B.Planning) are separate. Two sessions a year; the better NTA score is used (2026 bulletin).
