About
Established in 1915 as an inter-denominational Christian college for women, WCC is one of the oldest women's colleges in South India and among the first to win autonomy under the University of Madras. Its wooded College Road campus in the middle of Chennai is a genuine green pocket, and the psychology, English and visual communication departments are the ones students compete hardest for.
