About

PGIMER Chandigarh is a postgraduate and research powerhouse — India's No. 2 medical institution in NIRF 2025 — that trains doctors only at MD/MS, DM/M.Ch, Ph.D and allied levels, not MBBS. Its Nehru Hospital handles one of the largest patient loads in the country, making it a dream residency destination via INI-CET.
