One of the newer AIIMS set up under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana, AIIMS Mangalagiri ran its first MBBS batches out of Guntur Medical College before moving to its own campus near Vijayawada. It is still building out super-speciality departments, so expect a young faculty, growing patient load and near-free fees rather than a fully mature AIIMS.
